Electricity: We have successfully negotiated numerous special contracts outside of the standard tariff. Several customers realized greater than 50% reduction in power costs in Florida; others realized 85% savings in New York, 35% savings in Pennsylvania, 40% in California…etc. In fact, in this age of power deregulation, we have successfully advised customers to accept special contract offers which far exceeded the eventual benefit of deregulation. In a deregulated environment we manage the client's RFP process, and aggregate purchasing with other regional and national clients to leverage the best possible price.
Natural Gas: We have gained significant savings for our customers by analyzing and researching each client situation. Where our clients currently transport gas, we negotiate the lowest commodity prices at the wellhead, aggregating requirements with our other clients. Where our clients currently purchase system gas, we negotiate special contracts with the client's utility. One example of this is in California, where we saved our client over 50% through our negotiations. We have gained similar savings for clients in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Connecticut, Florida ...etc. For commodity purchases, we also advise our clients regarding the timing of purchase, based on NYMEX history and other factors.
Natural Gas Local Distribution: We have negotiated numerous special contracts for our clients, providing savings as great as 90%. We are experienced in these negotiations from California to Florida.
Natural Gas Interstate Transportation: We negotiate the rates as well as advise clients regarding gas transportation. We have succeeded in achieving savings as great as 90% for our clients.
Fuels Management: US Consults has over 35 years in experience in all areas of fuel optimization. Experience includes fuel purchases in Coal, Natural Gas, and Petroleum Coke. Experience also includes optimization of inventory assets and profit creation by combining all energy types in transaction. US Consults has been the leader in recommending and obtaining innovative new ways to buy fuel. US Consults was the first in the business to successfully achieve a multi-commodity tolling deal for a utility and also the first to successfully buy a Btu contract.
Electric Management: US Consults has decades of experience in strategizing, writing, analyzing and negotiating Request for Proposals (RFP) for wholesale electric contracts. US Consults is also experienced in formulating successful responses to RFP's.
Electric Projects: US Consults has worked successfully for years at Electric Asset acquisition and analysis. Over the past few years US Consults has been involved in over 15 electric projects in the US.
Regulatory in the Energy Field: US Consults has years of successful experience dealing with regulatory bodies. Because of US Consults leadership and negotiating skills its clients have received favorable determinations from several State Regulatory Commissions.
